"kaputt" with two "t"s
I'm sure I'll spell it wrong, but: geistestgestort, or gestort, with umlauts over the "o". Means physcopath, right?

I don't know about all that, because I wasn't even alive yet, but in either Saving Private Ryan or Band of Brothers (they blend together in my swiss cheese brain) they mention Fubar and the translator was told it was a German word and to go look it up. Needless to say they were referring to the acronym and not the Deutsches Wort. Also, since everyone is all technical and this seems like a German Spelling Bee, furchtbar = terribly according the all knowing Google.I{endo wrote:
In WWII, US soldiers used "fubar" imported from the german word "furchtbar", which means terrible.
has "geistesgestört" been adopted into the english language? i don't know (btw, very good, u have written it nearly correct)Jenkinsbball wrote:

"besichten"? i don't know what u mean
second is correct
"nutte" with two "t"s
"...meine leberwurst..."
most of the germans would probably say "nudel" (noodel) or if it has to be a sausage perhaps "salami" (pepperoni)
ps: leberwurst (liverwurst, great word!) is a meat paste so it is not a very good synonym for your penis

you need to read it as if it was english. blowenfusen - blowing fuses, blinkenlights - blinking lights, etc....

Meh, I'm not German. I left the important parts of the quote to explain myself. For my own education, shouldn't it be conjugated for it to mean terrible?I{endo wrote:

Shaudenfreude. Happiness from the misfortune of others, and the root of all humour.
