Most people buy tickets months ahead of time to save money.  Now you will have to pay more on top of that to fly next month.  Am I reading that right?

The Air Passenger Duty shouldn't be raised for tickets bought before the increase was voted in. Now airlines have to pay the extra cash (BA), or charge the customers (RyanAir). Simple
