My tip for cooking. (i like to cook)
Is the 'lazy' products. You get lazy garlic, ginger, caramelized red onion and chili. Its preserved in cider vinegar which very good for you and extremely handy when cooking. Jerk sauce is another good one. I try and eat allot of veg and limit myself to meat once a week as I do very little exercise and these simple products go along way to making plain food taste good for very little effort, you just gotta screw the lids off and put it in.

JahMan, I suggest getting more exercise and eating more meat!

To me a meal is not a meal unless there is some meat in there. I will enjoy a salad as long as there is some tuna in there, or even some Ham. I do want to try some more Jerk Chicken. I got a jar of Jerk marinade once and had that, but I am sure that I can find some better stuff from somewhere. Really want to find a soul food restaurant (like Mama Cherry's in London). Someone who knows how to make some good southern American/Jamaican chicken.

I lived with a guy who worked as a vegetarian cook for 2.5 years. So I know how to supplement the proteins and minerals present in meat with other things. I would have fish 2-3 times a week, Beef or chicken once a week. and maybe 2-3 vegetarian meals a week. I have the obligatory Bacon Sausage and Egg, Ulster Fry on Saturday Morn. I drink 2 cartons of Non Concentrate fruit juice every day and 2L of water.
Basically I don't do much exercise because I live in the town now. I don't do Gyms and the local pool is only 4ft deep, I cant swim in it because I'm to long, lol. Moving back to the country this year, were I will get back to my out door activities and get fit again.

I ate quite a lot of stuff that was bad for me when I was younger, but a couple of years ago, my father was diagnosed with Typ 2 Diabetes, so I try to eat healthier these days.

JahMan you need to get out and start playing some footy! That is the only exercise I get these days, although going to try and make myself join the gym on monday. Been saying the same thing for ages now, but want to get in shape before I go to florida in June. So set myself a target date and hopefully that will motivate me.

Im 15, go to the gym every saturday with my mates.. well most saturdays.
