problem with ranks

I'm having difficulty figuring out my rank. Both B.F.2.S and EA show me as a Private first class, but both show me with a global score of 900, which should have me as a corporal. What am I missing?

My id number is 48191342

install the 1.12 patch if u havent. maybe try to reinstall it.
