Now forgive me if this has already been done, i have searched...

  Twice now i have earnt the expert engi badge and twice it has not shown up in my stats over 4 months ago now. Both times were on different servers and they were both ranked.
  Anyone have any ideas? I can do without having to go through all that again.

Sometimes the servers don't report in to EA. It's happened to all of us and it sucks ass. Sorry bro-

well, try on different servers. Meaning, go to a server that you feel is doing its job...
Sometimes, some servers take their sweet time to send the data over.....

So, you've had at least three rounds now, since you got 100h as engineer, where you've gotten 20+ repairs in a round?  In your first screenshot, the round at Kubra's not even half over, but you have 20 repairs already?
I'd love to see your stats....+1 for you.
