Quintessential player. Its totaly free. No registration required.
You load up songs in your playlist but instead of "play" you click convert. I use it to convert to 128kbits bacause of small SD card for my mobile. You can load up 100 songs in the playlist and do something else while its converting.

Little more complex to use... but it's the swiss army knife of audio conversion:
