Apparently the democrat "clean-up" of the house is beginning to look like the same old dirty apartment.

"A Democratic aide said House Republican Leader John Boehner of Ohio had asked that there be no votes until Tuesday."

Perhaps, Boehner should have told Roy Blunt this.

Dems should have "cleaned up" and said no.

As far as I can tell, the Dems have tried to play nice with the Republicans lately.  This move to accomodate Boehner seems like a good compromise.

I don't think this "spirit of comity" is going to last very long though, and I really doubt the Democrats will be the only ones to blame for that.

Don't get me wrong...  I'm not a Democrat, but I'm willing to at least give these guys a shot, after seeing what the Republicans have done for the last 6 years....

I honestly feel they are going to kill the record setting performance of the economy. First the minimum wage hike and next repealing tax cuts. Small business is going to take it right to the groin area. GG

That man's surname is not pronounced "boe-ner," is it?

The main issue I take with the last 6 years is how we've endangered our currency value through heavy deficit spending.  Until both parties realize that GDP growth means little when you run a huge debt, we'll be taking it "to the groin" from falling foreign investment.

Also, the OPEC nations now look as if they might switch to the Euro for oil trade.

True....  Maybe he's friends with Dick Armey.
