OK,

i know how BF2 works,

BUT HOW IN THE WORLD DOES THE WEAPON UNLOCKS IN SF WORK????

Does it work the same way in bf2, or slightly different.

Having Special Forces just gives you another tier of unlocks for regular BF2.

I think you can use 2 unlocks on BF2/AF/EF and only 1 unlock on SF.

as in, how u get unlocks in SF

Is it true that if i get promoted to the next rank in SF, i get 2 unlocks instead of 1 unlock i use to get in bf2?

If you have SF installed,you get 2 unlocks every time you rank up in BF2 Vanilla/SF/AF/EF.

The BF2 unlocks can be used in SF.The SF unlocks cannot be used in SF unless they are standard issue for whatever army you are using.

As soon as you pass Corporal, you are able to get 2 unlocks in Bf2/SF/AF/EF. Seeing as Sergeant Major is the last rank you can get unlocks with, they need to be able to fit all of them in somehow.

I read this portion: "At each rank that grants unlocks, a bonus unlock is available for those who have played Battlefield 2: Special Forces. In other words, rather than receiving one (1) unlock at your promotion, you will receive two (2) unlocks. This bonus is retroactive, which means that whenever you play Special Forces, you will soon be granted the bonus unlocks for all previous ranks earned. By playing Special Forces, you are also eligible for the second tier of Battlefield 2: Special Forces Unlocks.

So it means to say, i've already have 6 bf2 unlocks
when i play bf2 and rank up, i will get pratically ALL of the SF unlocks because of this line: "This bonus is retroactive, which means that whenever you play Special Forces, you will soon be granted the bonus unlocks for all previous ranks earned"?

If you did not install SF until later into your tour,you get 2 or more unlocks on your next rank up.

i have 6 bf2 unlocks now....
as soon as i get promoted (in SF preferably), i will get all the unlocks already rite, cos its retroactive.

Since the last unlock is the engineer, when i get promoted, i will get EVERY unlock in the game already?

Yes,because your next rank is Sergeant Major and that is the last rank for unlocks,you would get every unlock at once.

Actually, you will get 6 unlocks pretty soon after just playing a few rounds of SF. You don't have to wait for your next promotion for that to happen.

Oh yeah! I just remembered that i didn't get SF until later into my tour and i played like 1 round and got 4 unlocks at once w/o ranking up. Good call.
