So I would like to know what the official meaning of "camping" is? I was playing the WTF high points warlord server and I was kicked for camping the uncap. In their rules it says camping the uncap will get you kicked. So I logged back into the game to see what kind of reasoning they had for it. What a bunch of pussies, I asked about it and and they said no camping period, no entering the uncap, no killing in the uncap... so i made my case for it and for which i was banned... sounds like a bunch of pussies behind the keyboard whoever the admins happen to be.   


My half of the story was that I went in to destroy the assets, and when I got there someone had already destroyed them while I was on the way. The tank spawned and I stole it and then realized that the apc was behind me so I destroy that and on my way out I see someone spawn and panic thinking anti-tank kit and kill them... Then I was kicked, then I went it to see why they were bing bitches and then I got banned... for no more then 1 minute in the uncap

lol stupid ass people, I'll go join some other server that doesnt have gay admins...


post your immature admin stories here, also explain to me what exactly is considered camping.

lmao, no offence was intended man. I meant the fire extinguisher thing because threads about lame servers usually get flamed and/or closed.

The definition of camping in Battlefield 2 varies from the real one. Especially when bad admins are about. What you're relating to us is more of a surgical strike gone wrong.(on a side note, how did you not see the yellow icons of the assets being destroyed from a distance?) I wouldn't call it camping at all. Camping in BF2 (to me at least) is staying at one CP and repeatedly blasting the same people. You probably had the misfortune of killing the admin.

Basicly, waiting somewhere, doing nothing usefull except killing passing targets, is considered camping. Its lame for two reasons: youre not helping your team and its annoying to get killed by a camper, who is generally looked down upon for 'having no life'.

You got kicked for spawnraping, at least thats what it seemed to be for the admins.

If the guy you killed as soon as he spawned in was admin you'd have a hard time convincing him that it wasn't spawn killing.

If you want to try to analyze it, there's lots of different camping.  What you did was spawn killing, simply because you killed him as soon as he spawned in.  But that doesn't mean you were camping that spawn.  Lots of people get killed right when they spawn in and it's not because of campers.  But you were in their uncap, where you're not supposed to be.  You were in their armor (and if you're not supposed to be in their uncap I'm guessing you're not supposed to steal their vehicles).  And you killed two guys in the uncap area.  I would've been surprised if you didn't get kicked.  To come back and ask for further explanation is basically like asking them to ban you.  If you got kicked, they think it's for a good reason, then you come back and harrass them about so you should get banned (from thier point of view) because you're a pest.

This is from thier point of view, not mine.  Same basic story has happened to me as well and probably many others.  If they kick you, don't do what you did before.  Or argue and know that you'll probably get kicked again or banned.

You probably killed an admin who got his admin powers for his 12th birthday. Don't sweat it, but don't suspect a very high level of sportsmanship from any Karkand server in general.

I say you get a bunch of friends and totally, utterly baserape them to hell and back. For extra effect, make sure your Prefix is ****** so that if the admin types !k **** baserape then it'll kick EVERYONE on the server.

I was coming around the back of the base when the assets were blown so i chose to get the heck out of the uncap so I didnt die there. I think the admin was just being a penisface about the whole deal...


oh on top of that, when they banned be it was because of "excessive teamkilling" hmm i dont seem to remember killing any of my teammates that night...

You can destroy assets but dont defend yourself because that would be attacking an uncap. They are all bullshit rules. My favorite is the wait your turn for vehicles(unless youre an admin).

post your immature admin stories here, also explain to me what exactly is considered camping.
I play in that server alot. I arty'd the uncap and thats all they had an issue with. They told me not to and I did. Other than that, you can snaek in and destroy stuff, and steal thier hardware. So, the only rule I've seen is no arty in uncap. I"ve never had any problem with the WTF server.
