OK, we are having this BIG fight about who shot first here at work (having REALLY boring) , I say Greedo, but everyone else claims that it was Han Solo...that sorry ass dickhead.

Now I leave it to U guys, my work buddies will have to face the fact off the vote you guys make now!!!!!

We tried http://www.hanshootsfirst.org/ but with no results....

Why couldn´t that dumb fuck have aimed any better so that this fight would have never happend....

I hope that there are some huge Star Wars fans out there who can end this battle!!!!!

Well, in the original movie, as it was released in 1977, Solo shot first. However, I've heard that this was done in editing, and that had it not been cut, Greedo is said to have shot first. However, I am not Star Wars aficionado.

Thats correct, in later edition it was edited to make it look like Greedo shot first and missed at 5ft cause Lucas believed having Han blow away the poor sucker before he could get a shot off made him look like a bad guy

I have the movie on tape and Greedo shoots first, Han dodges the shot, (barely), and then shoots Greedo.

In the original release of the movie Hans Shots first.. Which makes his charater as a scounderal so much better, you can see it in the original release of Star Wars which was just so much better.

Lucas thought that making hans a good guy was a good idea but that ruined his whole charater and IMO fucked up the movie.

If you watch the remake you can tell that it was a horrible editing job during the shoting..

Han shoots first before the remakes. After the remakes they just add a laser blast to a part when Greedo moves twitchy. If you watch Greedo doesnt fake a recoil on the new version like they do the other shots.

Greedo in the final movie. And fun fact. The 6in figurine and 12 inch "doll" of Greedo are worth the most compared to any other Star Wars figure.

Fun Fact- Lando Carlision (SP?) is worth the least.

In the original release, Han just blows Greedo away. Greedo was a dumbass for not thinking about Han's hip holstered blaster, hidden from view by a cantina table. He was thinking about the money (hence his name) and not about the barrel of the laser pistol pointed at his midsection.

Yeah, neither one of us won... I found a dusty old VHS with Episode 4 on it and Han blasted away Greedo before he had time to say goodbye....

And Greedo shot first in the new edition... We all saw the both versions and agreed that the bet was a draw.....
