Exactly, Bush fumbles with a few words, he gets called retarded. Clinton gets a BJ from a secritary, he gets called a sex freak. Sadly people actually take these sterotypes to heart.

I will agree that many "Bushisms" are just poor grammar or pronunciation on the President's part.  Being good at English doesn't make you a good leader afterall.  However, many show his utter lack of intelligence like when he asked "what part of England is Wales in?" and couldn't tell an interviewer who the Prime
Minister of India was.  Now this does scare me as he is the one that pushes the button on where and who we* go to war with.  How can we take him seriously on geopolitics when he shows only signs for a complete naiviety on the matter?

I remember Ford, so easy on the ignorant fools flinging. I also voted for Bush twice. The last president that I  DID like? Reagan.
Bush has squandered internal confidence of the people and demonstrated time and again that we are on our own.


Bush gets bashed because while he may be a horrible buffoon of a speaker, he has also done more to increase the executive presidential powers through dubious back door methods, than any president in history. He is more concerned with domestic spying than he is about terrorist. He sends our boys to die in ill-planned wars while our border is being violated everyday by THOUSANDS of illegal aliens. Oh, then there is Katrina and the pathetic inept criminal handeling of it.

He's a terrible president, the worst I've seen, way worse than Carter and that guy was a clown.
God help us.
