You know, I was watching the news last night and saw that rich feller who's going up to the moon or whatever and it got me thinkin'. What a fuckin' prick. Seriously how much money is that guy wasting on himslef? 100 Million or something. I just can't help but think "What a selfish son of a bitch!". I mean seriously, he could walk down the street and hand a thousand dollars to every person he ever came across and would never spend that much. Just made me think about that for some reason.

Scotland has this policy and there are still shit loads of homeless people there. The housing comes under conditions and when I say 'housing' I don't necessarily mean a house, most of the accommodation is shit. France already built 140,000 homes specifically for social housing last year anyway and this is just Sarkozy trying to out do his fashionable opponent, Ms. Royal of the socialists.
