BF2S Forums Has it patched??

I haven't had battlefield long, the first time I ran it, it told me a new patch was available I downloaded it and installed it. But I still got the message saying a new patch is available so then I reinstalled the game went to the EA web site downloaded all the patches installed them all and still I get the message about a new patch also Ive noticed on the server select screen it says 1.1.29 something something so my questions are

1) is this my version number?
2) if not how do I find it out?
3) If it is the version number why wont it patch?
4) Am I just been silly?
5) Do you think I'm sexy? (oh sorry wrong forum)
