What is the proper term for someone of African Descent, but not living in Africa.  In America, we Call them African-Americans, but say I were to refer to someone in England.   What would I call them?  I don't mean "African-English".  I mean a broader term for that group.  "African-Worlders?"

the whole idea about classifying americans as "american" (european americans) and "afro americans" is making the black americans feel that they don't really belong to their homeland, it's sick.
another example, talking about a black guy, most people refer to him as "that black guy", if they talk about a white guy they mostly refer to him as "that guy"
such things shows us how sick our society is

And a black stars channel and black colleges. That is one thing I absolutely hate. What if there was a white entertainment television channel or white music awards etc...Why...just why!?
Analysis:

"Black" and "White" are descriptive terms, and should be left at that. Usage: Describing people. Usually the prefix "Black or "White" are used when defining the looks of a person who represents a minority in the specific community. The terms are not used when describing a person in the majority as this is a given that the person in question is of that skin colour, if not specified.

In e.g. Finland, a black man is described as a "black man", but a white man is just "man". Now, take this same situation to e.g. Kenya. The black man will be described as "man" as the white man is now defined as "a white man".
Hopefully, in the near future, we will witness all races and ethnic groups being primarily referred as "people".

Black American = American
White American = American

..The idea of placing people in different groups is leading to the segregation of society even more, especially the local Muslim community, Integration is the key.

..Just that many people do not realize this.

The US is the only country that still employs racism on such a massive scale that they believe "african american" is not racist.

the correct, and accepted term is BLACK.
So when a police officer asks you what they looked like, you tell them they looked like an American?
