Yeah baby I get the point, but and this maybe a big butt! You can hear those with music on, there is a difference in sound from gaming and playing games:

1: unless you listen to 2 Bad Mice - Bombscare.

2: Arty Shots, wildfire from enemy is random?

Point being that music may distract but also heightens your intepertations?

awesome i listen to guerilla radio as well as testify and killing in the name.
I also listen to A7X and Killswitch Engage as well as...Mastodon, Atreyu (no im not emo), Chevelle, Deftones, some Foo Fighters, Killradio, and Rise Against...basically anything that is really heavy or has a fast tempo

Nothing.
When I can't hear in-game sounds, my performances drop drastically.
Sometimes when my twin sister studies right behind me in the same room, I turn off the speakers. That's really annoying. I need to hear the radio messages "we lost control of whatever", voices of nearby enemies, arty strikes, grenades, m95 muppets. I need in-game sounds.

And btw, lol at what some kids consider metal.

i play at an internet caffe so i listen to some cd im not sure wht it is all i know is the music is terrible, it is popular music but i just hate it meh i cant really hear it as i usually have the head phones on loud.
