http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/16389128/ this states the times which he wil be hanged
2 hours 45 minutes.11sog_raider wrote:

If the US hands him over this will be a new low as far as human rights go.
edit: Yes, hanged and hung have confused me for a while now. I think hanged applies to, well, being hanged to death. Hung applies to being hung over, or being well-hung.Mong0ose wrote:

They should hang him by his balls.
Just a case of extradition...UON wrote:

He should have got Johnny Cochran for his lawyer. I bet he wets himself while waiting for the drop. They should put a diaper on him and paint his face like tammy fae baker.
Ya Let That Fucker Die Now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I hope they you tube it!
Not that simple though. Would an extradition be approved if it was known that the person was going to suffer death by hot poker? The US hasn't hung people for a long time, and could easily insist on:joker8baller wrote:

A) A fair trial. The trial was a joke.
B) A method of execution which is considered to be humane in the international community.
or C) (yeah right) A trial in an international court of law for the crimes against humanity, since the newly formed government cannot with any degree of credibility retrospectively alter the law of Iraq.
I'd be happy with A... B would be a bonus, but I would actually have some respect for the US administration if they went with C. They picked "none of the above".
Anyway, he is being tried for military crimes (giving orders to the military to kill all the insurgents in Dujail) so he should get a firing squad.
New Hampshire and Washington still have hanging as an option.UON wrote:

How can anybody even dare to stand up for such a fowl human being. He killed tons of people and their is proof for it. What else do you need to make somebody be charged to death?
They're gonna tape it becuase it's proof. So it might not be televised or shown on tv but you can bet a BF2 noobs life that it's going to end up on Live Leak or even YouTube.
Plus it's supposedly gonna take place @ 06.00AM Iraqi time (03.00AM GMT)

As an option... (allegedly) painless alternatives are available... since it's their "dying wish" to be hung, that's more respectful than forcing a person who'd rather not risk slowly choking to death to do so. It's certainly enough of a loophole as far as the human rights conventions go.Mason4Assassin444 wrote:

We could always burn him at the stake. I'd imagined that would suck the worst.
Worse than slow disembowelment?Mason4Assassin444 wrote:

This would've been my first choice:

1 hour and 13 minutes till he is hung if it is at 6 am baghdad time
It cant come quick enough for all the famlies of the victims. I did hear of mass amounts of people VOLUNTEERING to be saddam's hangman. Now tell me if that would not be the best lottery for the Iraqi victims of his killings. I would almost pay to be the hangman and watch him SQUIRM like the punk that he is.

Such a typical american way of thinking.
What does an execution of Saddam do for all the victims?
Does it bring back the dead? No
Does it make peace on earth or in Iraq? No
Stupid americans, you guys are no better than Saddam Hussein.
I DO understand why just everyone in the rest of the world hates you.
Not even Russia uses the death penalty. It´s fcking medieval!
Just how many of you know were Iraq is located?

Well I certainly do I served during the first Gulf War and got to see first hand the atrocities that he committed against not only his people but against religious sects (that is considered GENOCIDE). He deserves every bit of what he has coming. I dont condone death in any way shape or form, and yes his death will not bring back loved ones that died at his hands but, those families will feel some sense of closure and retribution.

So, the American president haven´t been doin things to other religious sects?
He claims that all the muslims are terrorist, he may not say so in public, but really.. he thinks so.
And also, good to see you came back alive from the firt Gulf War.. you´ve got my respect there..
