Put |ccc| into your Pre-Fix (the clan tag thing). You can also type into main chat with this orange color by pretty much going "|ccc| lollers I liek totaley pownt jo HAEHAR" and it will come out as all orange

If you apply for commander, when the pretty "you have been accepted blah blah" text comes up, go look in the console and you'll see that code there for the colour changes in the text.
