This forum is the most political I get.  IRL I'm a civil servant, a tool of the government, whichever party is in power so I have to maintain political impartiality

I asked because i beleive many of you guys have got the skills and brains needed for making a differance for your partyline.

I also beleive if you don´t vote (if you are allowed too you really should) you really shouldn´t have any comments on the politics in your country,or whatever politics it runs outside your borders.

I´m a tiny bit involved in politics and help spreading my partyagenda whitin the borders of sweden. Also i´m (still) allowed to vote and I do.

No, you have to SEEM to be impartial. Its not quite the same thing. I'm a civil servant too, but my responsibility is to the public, not the thieves and liars they voted for.....

I vote when given the opportunity and answer political questions when asked as far as I'm capable of doing so accurately. I'm no master of political science.

I vote regularly and often.  I don't do the protest thing though.  Those seem to be rather futile most of the time...  (and besides, I have a job to go to).

Not me.  There isn't one party in Australia who I truly admire.

I am obligated to vote, so yes I'm 'active' in that way.

HAHAHAH! be politically active for australian parties? thats a good one. on one hand we now have kevin rudd running labour, and no-one knows what the hell he wants, but hes not the fatty boomba Kim Beazley was. On the other hand we have warlord John Howard who's balding and has massive eyebrows, and no-one likes him but theres no-one better! Nationals and all those others, pff, to small and marginalised to gain more power and votes.

Although being politically active in Australia is somewhat rare, it is fun to go watch the House's meeting and MP's just throwing insults at each other.

Politically active? No. I don't take part in any kind of political party nonsense. Critisize me if you want, but I have better things to do with my time than spending it supporting some corrupt politician who will promise the world, but give child molestation or something similar instead.
Do I vote? I have before, but not in a while. There hasn't been a candidate worth voting for, and the next election scares me. It's going to be 'Vote for the best retard.'
Rebuplican or Democrat? Really, what's the difference? I'm for freedom and less government, period.

Vote Libertarian...  We may not win often, but if enough people start voting for us, we'll make a big difference.  It's just going to take a while.  We have made significant gains over the last few years though....

Sadly not much walking in theese forums. Strap your boots on and make a marsch for your ideology. LEFT! RIGHT! LEFT! RIGHT! LEFT! or wait...perhaps just LEFT! LEFT! LEFT! or RIGHT! RIGHT! RIGHT!, whatever you might prefer.

I vote, take the time to think about what I read, debate/discuss when appropriate and try to convince others to accept my position sometimes.  I've been to a couple of protests, and also sign the odd petition.  Thats about it.

Not since 2004 when I was devastated in November. Things will never be the same - I've lost faith in the American public.

My escape is this forum.

Well, I vote which is more than most citizens. Also,  I am an elected official in my town. It is only for a board committee but I am also on the Republican committee to ( not an elected position). I would say I am about as active as my social, home and work life allow me to be.
