What did Sandy, Sandy and Bill, or Sandy and someone else do that would force a former national security adviser to hide documents in his socks and a construction trailer? He was fined and given a slap on the wrist for taking the documents, but we never found out what was on them.

Since democrats are in charge now and say they are going to clean up Washington, will this get investigated or swept under the rug? Until it does get investigated, it makes my belief even stronger that the 9/11 commission report was just a show.

You can choose what you want to believe in. I think Sandy is definitely a criminal, but how far the implications go in this are debatable. It is quite possible that Clinton is trying to hide something, and it is deeply saddening that we will probably never know the truth on this.

Whatever the case, cleaning up Washington right now should involve lessening the influence of the military industrial complex. Once that is accomplished, the Democrats should turn inward to remove the weaker elements... but yeah, I'm under no delusions that this will be an honest process. Like any political party, there will be people that get conveniently "overlooked" when punishments are dealt. Sandy is a likely candidate for this, but I'm hoping he ends up like Scooter Libby did.

I saw this on MSNBC this morning, so it sparked some new interest. Just looking for the info that made this a story this morning.

I skimmed it and it didn't have any more evidence towards anyone else's involvment than the other article I read. It's possible he was covering his own ass, who knows.
