Every time I click on Battlefield 2, it will of course start, but then, I always have to sign in. Even if I click on "Remember Me" it won't next time I sign in. The only thing left of my previous installments is the word "Offline", and I'll have to delete it everytime I sign in, because if I don't, I'll get a huge long list of undeleted "Offline"s from every time I'll sign in. Same thing goes with my controls and video configuation. I'm always having to change it back to 1024x768 and always having to reset my joystick controls. Why will nothing save???

i have the same problem, except for the demos.
I deleted all of them, to have them appear the next time i started BF2. i was not amused, it took me the worst part of 5 minutes.
So now i have to go into the con files and delete them from there 8-)
