if u want to get best frame rate, and quality... dont turn aa to x4, try x2... with that rig, try everything full, without  x4aa on, then easy back on settings until u stop getting frame jerking / pauses.

as ram is the major factor (other than gfx card), u ought to get a decent set up with that pc.

2bg ram, bfg 7800gt, amd64 3500

I can jus Run BF2 but its still laggy. Upgrading to 1024 meg RAM should sort it

i would say put all on high, at 1024, no AA and no AF

Should run great
