I went up a rank, got an unlock but hit "later" coz i couldnt decide. How do I go back now and unlock that new weapon?

p.p.s. what should i get.... 2cnd support, 1st engi, 1st spec ops, or 1st sniper? ( i usually play medic, assault or support)
