First I did search the forums but I didn't see what I wanted.   With that said:

I have met the requirements for time played for a bunch of SF ribbons but I don't have them.  Is there possibly more requirements not listed in the UBAR or am I just missing something?

The originally listed number of required hours (listed as 5 each) is not correct. There are people who have these ribbons. I don't remember the specific names, but the ones I did see had over 40 hours and best rounds of 80+ points.

the current theory is that the SF service ribbons require 90 hours in the theater of that army, im testing that atm.  17 hours more on ghost town will give me 90 hours between the 3 SAS maps, so hopefully ill get the ribbon then.

There is a Player (don't recall which he is in these forums and it's on one of the threads listed above, I am heading out to lunch and don't want to look it up) out there that has two of the ribbons with 30 hours and better than 80 points as best round for that Army. So I am going to go with that......unless other wise disproved.

30 hours of Play on that Army and Better than 80 points for Best Round.

hrm, well that throws out all that. I wonder if it's like some where saying where it is a server config that has been changed to allow the ribbons, or it is something so obscure that it's alluding us all.

im pretty sure its 90 hours in theater, if you look at

he hasnt played like any maps except ghost town, and 100hours on that got him both SAS and SPETZNAS ribbons, even though he only played spetznas for like 30 hours.

ok, so i guess that ribbons are just time based and have nothing to do with brs. last night after my last round i checked bfhq and suddenly there was also spetznas service ribbon and my brs for that army is still 79.

and btw i dont play on servers with modified files but on official ranked ea servers only (de,uk,fr etc.) and never on suspicious clan servers. happened too often to me that u get kicked coz u killed an admin, or they dont allow   ppl not in that clan to be commander or to use aviator/heli vehicles etc.

Hmm in BFHQ it says:

Played all SAS maps
Time in Service

Maybe you need to play all SAS maps for a specific amount of time?

no uber-elite, ive played all maps in SF, got the 5 hour req for sum countries, and still no ribbon hope EA would fix this

Ok so what about somthing like the SF Chopper Ribbon?

I just flew a whole round for 25mins with well over 20 kills and got nothing.

I am not sure that is it either. Look at This profile.

The theory is time in theater, not the time on map.  This means, 90 hours between all 3 SAS maps which i believe he does have
