A cure fore diabetes would be pretty freakin sweet if you ask me...

I've had type 1 diabetes for 18 years and I've been hoping for a cure for all 18 of them. Hopefully the end of this disease is finally in sight.

i'm type 2 but treated with insulin,even if it takes a few more years to get the treatment out to us,it will be worth the wait.(assuming it works for type 2)

Typical medical science. This isn't a cure at all, just a different treatment for the symptoms. They've found the root of the symptoms, and a way to cut them off at the pass, but this is far from understanding the actual cause of diabetes, and far from a real cure in the sense that antibiotics can cure an infection. However labeled, though, this is likely good news for sufferers of diabetes.
