I think that happens about once a month. I mean, the crackheads aren't crackheads because they're freakin' geniouses or anything. I know of some kids at my college who got pissed that the guys down the hall wouldn't share the beer. When the hall staff got there w/ the police to take their statements they still had their bong and weed out on the desk.
