So I just bought Neverwinter Nights 2, came home and excitedly popped it into my cd drive. I hear some odd noises that I have never heard it make before for about 10 seconds, and then nothing happens. So I go into My Computer and double click E:\ and the error message (title) comes up in a box that just says OK.

Anyone know why it would do that?

Oh shit I'm retarded I didn't realize I bought the dvd version.

Off to fry's for a DVD drive because I don't want to wait a day for shipping

Just a shot in the dark here, but it could be that you purchased a DVD copy of the game and your drive might not be a DVD drive.

Other than that, check to make sure your computer is up to the minimum requirements specified on the box.
