How do I do this?

An enemy sniper managed to defuse two of mine but, thankfully, a teammate spotted him and I got him as he climbed the ladder.

You have to induce shock to the claymore. Throw a grenade onto the claymore (or around it), drive a vehicle over it, or wait for an arty strike to blow it up. Any vibrations will cause it to explode. Just remember to back away, a nade + claymore has quite a large damage/kill radius.

As a sniper I have tried to come behind claymores that I placed earlier to either pick them up and move them or store and relocate. I have yet to succeed anyone ever had any luck with this?

i didn't know we were able to pick up our own claymores... i thought only engineers could pick up land mines...
