Mr. High and Mighty, dry-erase isn't a brand name (not sure why he capitalized it, I'm sure it was a mistake), its a type of white board between two different types of markers used on the board.  Wet-erase is where you need a wet cloth to clean the board and dry erase is you only need a dry cloth to clean it.

ehh it would save a shit load for the electric bill but with one small light with the mirrors you would have the whole house awake when you want to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
