Commander points are the only kind of points you can get when you're playing as commander.  I've had 14 points but had 0 team score and around 13 kills as commander quite a few times.

Just a question? Is this a hard award to get, because I got it by accident. I had an awsome team that followed every order and asked for stuff to help their squads. It was so good, no selfish squad leaders on their own, everybody worked as a true team.
