Expert titan defend and attack and expert heal.
Every Heal badge series. I have yet to get Bronze in the heal area and I played most with Assault and throw out the medkit A LOT.
I'd say the pistol is a bit hard to. Most guns own those pistols unless you backattack someone and really get some good shots at him.
To get Explosive badge just whore a vent on the Titan in a 48 player server server and you'll get it soon enough. Also most people play Support whore so just pick up their kit and throw out an ammo box for you.

hopefully pistol will be a little easier when the next patch comes out.

Titan defend is easy - just sit in a vent and defend with RDX and a lambert or do the Anti-Air gun.

To anyone after the healing badges:
These are not badges you're going to get by just throwing done the medihub where there's action and forgetting it, you have to actually be a medic. Look at your HUD and minimap to find injured teammates and go to them. Throw down hubs in areas of lots of people that are static but be prepared to move on. Whilst I don't know exactly what triggers this you will sometimes be able to have a hub in your hand and on the ground. When you can do this make use of it with a hub where there's action and you on the move healing people. Also you shouldn't be bothering with actually fighting, just back up your buddies (at least until you have the badge you're going for). Remember that every time they get hit you'll be there to heal them (hopefully....) not to mention that while you're looking at the enemy you can't see who around you is hurt.
That's the general stuff, but if you want some serious healing points you will need:
Advanced Medihub
Sprint Upgrade
Stamina Recovery Upgrade
Light Armour
Why? People like to move around and often the injured will be spread around the map, so you want to be able to move quickly to get to them (and to beat the other medics to them ). Best place to go for the big numbers is a tight map with plenty of people (40+), as the action is tightly packed so the injured are closer together. I've gotten ~25 healing points in a round this way on Fall of Berlin. Too bad the timer on the gold badge was bugged
Bear in mind you will still need a bit of luck to get it, since there is no guarantee your team will fight in a way that makes it easy to heal them. Also if you don't have all the unlocks above just kit yourself out for speed. Good luck out there

Gold attack titan ffs i never get it
Yeah gold attack is fricken hard as a mofo on viagra. My theory is you have to get into a round with 40+ players and have a lot of enemies use the pod to get onto the top of your titan. Sometimes there are more people who pod up and flank your team... so when you kill them now only are you getting your attack points but you're defending the guys trying to make their way to the consoles.
*NOTE: you don't have to be on the titan to get attack points; if you're directly below it and kill some one, you get the titan attack points. For instance: i was on Verdun and the enemy titan was still at the base (i believe it's the PAC side). The PAC titan hovers slightly low to the ground below. Advantage? You can destroy the titan guns a little faster. Put motion mines near the tanks and FAVs and APCs, then put some mines on the shield. So killing enemies directly below the titan gives you attack points.
I just got my Gold Titan Destruction achievement badge last night, so thanks to the people who gave some tips on that Yes, you do have to find a low-populated server... 10 players will work out fine. Join a squad (or make others join your squad) and make sure you tell someone to be outfitted as support. bring recon and go as recon as well. the RDX works faster, so your mobility is swift. Oh, and make sure you tell your team that you're trying to get the badge. The guys i were playing with were considerate and let me get the badge

The repair badge, I've got silver... But I know how I'll get gold:
Get in a transport, particularly the seat where you can repair it from your seat. In that seat, you'll never run out of HOFF ammo. (Y'know, the HOFF! The fricken' welder... The Damn wrench you idjit! =P) As long as you get a pilot that goes around capping Silos (What? You thought I was talking about Conquest? =P) you'll get quite a few repair points that way.
When (Not if) you get shot down, take a quick look to see if any Titan guns are down and repair those, then hit a ride on the next transport. Repeat.
Another strategy is to use a transport for fly by repairs. Simply seek out new life (Not new civilizations, for obvious reasons)... I.E. Vehicles of any shape... Except maybe FAVs. Hover near them and you'll repair them, you can do the same on the off-chance someone blows Commander assets, you'll get there faster in a transport and might get a point before the Commander drops a supply crate to take care of it.
Worse comes to worse, you can do the vehicle equivelant of a footshot on a friendly vehicle.
