You honestly feel that these were underreported? I would disagree completely. #2 and #4 were probably on the list of top 5 news stories of 2006. And news in support of #10 happened on a weekly if not daily basis - it just so happens that the releasing of economic data is usually not above the fold nor front page news - but it's there.
