I normally lie down at 1:00 AM, cant get to sleep until 2:00. Up at 7:30 to start another sleepless day!

12am - 1 am when school and 3 am - 4 am on weekends
About 12am normal weekdays 2am weekends,but i work shifts so some nights/days i go to bed at 9am in the morning ready for my night shift.

I love sleeping, best part of the day. For the simple reason that I can control my dreams ( yes I know, freakish but its true ) and have a tun of "fun" in them.

weekdays, 10 if tired, 11- 11:30 normally, i get up at 7:30 . so thats 8 hours so thats fine.
Weekends, 11-... depending on what im doing. But i generally sleep till lunch time to 2 pm so thats fine...

well i tend to aim for 11 30 on weekdays and usually fall asleep quickly. however on weekends i go to bed different times(depends how much i jacked off that day) and most of the time i need a 30 min masturbationg session before i fall asleep
Used to be 1am at the earliest while I stayed up gaming. Now I have kids - 10:30 or 11pm. Any other fathers in the same boat?

I try to get to bed at 10. I might end up staying late for extra homework but I try my best not to.
