Its back up the last I saw... although the people on in were limited.. Most of the old regular faces have either moved on to SF or just got tired after their 200hrs. of Kark.
I'll see you in there, its where I go when I just feel like anarchy. Their second server didn't last long, nor did their venture into SF. But like a lot of SF servers they are flakey at best.
