Maybe I still don't understand something, but when everything is checked off shouldn't I have this ribbon?  It's been several days since I've, I guess technically, had the Middle East Service Ribbon, so my profile has been updated a few times. 
Anyone know whats wrong here?

Not too sure, I think its a post-1.41 thing. I got awarded mine without even qualifying for it.... Check my stats, I'm pretty sure I still dont qualify for it!

those are some of the posts about this topic, it's a pretty common question & nobody really has a complete answer, read those though & you'll find the closest thing to an answer there is.
