I don't blame them, but hell they did not fight for any cause but their own. They did not beleive in the colonist cause. THey just wanted to be a pain in the ass to GB. Would you expect anything more from France?

The British colonist won the war of independence because the French paid for it. The French spent literally several years GDP on the war of independence.
Without the french the british colonists would still be british colonists.
