its not a prob with punkbuster, it only offers to define words as kick reason. the prob is the admin adjusting it... well, unfortunately there is no system to control ages of admins. c'est la vie.

No it really was lag. Before (the server was lagging everyone) I crashed with the blackhawk on Mashtuur and I said, Sorry, I have lag. I got a warning then. Guess you can't say (in that server) that you have lag. Stupid admins.

Really, some servers kick for saying "Lag". Happened to me too. We were on Wake Island, and I typed "There's an enemy tank at the North Village, someone take it out". I got kicked.

Considering there's an actual voice sample saying damn... Wouldn't suprise me though.

It'd be great if EA put some F.E.A.R style voices in for BF2, they swear like troopers those guys.

I always type FUKKER when I get punished for TK when an ATV crashed into my vehicle. Or if I get punished by some Idiot before I even have a chance to say "sorry".

Have not been kicked yet, but it may happen sooner than later.

what the hell servers are you all playing on? I don't swear much over the chat channel, but I've called people "fuckers" and "arseholes" before, and the most I've EVER received is a warning. I've never been kicked for language.

I keep hearing these stories about people being kicked for all manner of trivial matters and I wonder what servers you're playing on that have such touchy rules.

That being said - if someone is paying for the server, he/she has the right to decide what goes and what doesn't. I think it's reasonable to have a warning system, rather than an auto kick, but if that's the way they want it, then fair enough. You want a ranked server where you can call people c***s and n*****s (two of my least favourite words, by far) then fork out the cash and hire one. There are so many servers to choose from, play on other ones, or obey the rules, no matter how stupid or PC.

I think the only reason servers don't kick for "damn" is because most people don't bother spelling it "damn" in the chat, they say "dam". And of course if you happen to be playing Kubra Dam, a lot of players will probably be saying the word "dam" in the chat...

That, and as you mentioned, the USMC "sorry" voice clip has the guy saying "Damn it, sorry" so it would be kind of hypocritical to kick for it.

Though I did see a warning once when someone said "i hate fu she pass" because of the "ass". Nothing spectacularly funny though. Can't imagine how prudish a server has to be so that it warns/kicks for "lag" or "sucks". Egad...

Don't worry 90% of server admins. can't play and take any comment like they have sand in their vagina. The rest are computer autmoated admins which are worse.

My advice, avoid the server, get on one and be absive as you want, Internode and GameArena and reknowned for abuse fun.

PS. Never let an admin. push you around, the way I see it if they kick you for killing them then it's them who are cheating, so you can cheat right back at them.
