...or are is the account server running really slowly at the moment? For some reason it seems to be taking me about 2-3times as long as it normally does to log in. Also, once I get in, I'm only getting 63 servers

EA and GameSpy have crappy server set ups.
Yeah it's getting slower, mainly because no one's smart enough to put in more servers for the climbing amount of accoutns and gamers.
