dude...u really fucked up 400 hours....well YOU played the game...EA did not force u to do it ..  lower  the req for ranks fuck no it,s already to easy to achieve them....but then again i play for fun..and sometimes i give my round a goal to get an award...but i aint fucking up 400 hours to get a fucking rank or some stupid award...u know...u really was living 400 hours in a digitaly war world....that makes u really some sad game freak...go do something else...what about..going outside and see the sun shine...

haha, I know I'm an award freak. I mean, I really like this game but I'm one of those people who is like "what? I can get a medal for doing waht?" and then I go do it and it gives me a wierd pleasuer. oh well that's just how I am. I'm quite happy that 2nd leutenant is 200,000 or whatever and I only have 1300 or so. whateva.

Yep, I suck in the game too.  My SPM is half of yours laddie, but hey its a game I don't get paid to play.  I cash my checks because nobody in the Air Force can debug code better than me baby!!!!

a) The new patch is free, it's an actual law
b) If you've blown off work to play BF2 then your one sad person
c) If it's taken you 400+ hours  to jump one rank then you seriously suck
d) No one cares if you quit, retards like you play for ranks, I play for fun. No one gives a crap that you've quitting BF2, maybe now we can get less threads of winging complaining assholes thinking that their leaving really matters.
Also people saying this, this and this can be changed and BF2 would be better, bullshit everythign in the game was done for a reason, they weighed it up and it'll advantage more peopel than disadvantging them, just because it doesn't work for you doesn't mean you can clog up a forum with your bitching.

Firstly, I agree with pretty much everyone on this page that if you're playing this game solely for rank, you are indeed a tool; and not a cool tool like a nail gun, but some gay tool that no one ever uses or names because of the degree of its homosexuality.

Furthermore, let's think about this.  You've logged 400+ hours into this game and just NOW realised that it's pissing you off that the ranks are so high?  Wow, I guess the logic train must have completely missed it's stop at Your Mind station.  The new patch has been out for a while in which I know they lessened the requirements for some of the medals and badges.  The ranks though?  Come on.  I'm glad there's something that only a few people can have.  If everyone in this game was a 2nd lt., then people would be bitching that there needed to be something beyond that.

There's simply no way around it - you cannot please a noob.

Or why you don't just make new account and play another 400 hrs to earn that 50k global points again? I just can't see point to play just for ranks. For me it's lot of fun. Of course I care about ranks, ribbons, badges etc. and it's nice to earn those (even it take lot of time... with lot of time it feel better) but it's not my reason to play this game. Or maybe you want play for badges, ribbons etc. now untill you'll get that new rank. And it was your choice to buy this game and waste(?) 400 hrs of your life, no one was forcing you to do that so why are whining about that here? By the way your playing did cost about $0.5/h, is that so much? Not for me, maybe for you it is.  And in the end... I can't even see point of this whole topic, is here some one you see it?

Better yet, lower the award ranks, they are killing my time to earn.
