Pronounce the ''I'' as in ''Rick''
Pronounce the ''Hou'' as in ''How''
Pronouncing the ''A'' might be difficult (I can't think up a example that might make you pronounce is right.
Pronounce the ''jou'' and jow ( the same as in ''How'' but then with a ''J''
So its should like this : ''Ik how van jow''
And then you allmost have it pronounced correctly
