Hi,

have some probs since 2 days: When try to logon with my standard account, the login screen hangs and no connect to BFHQ will comes up. Installed the game new an checked my connection, but nothing will help.

BUT: I create a new account and the then loggin on works fine. I can´t believe this. I´m fighting hard to earn a bit of points and then kick my accout or what? What the hell is gamespy doing here.

Can anyhone help? Thanks a lot !

For Starters Check your password.
Type it, retype it, if it still happens to hang THEN type it wrong to confirm that u get a bad password error.
This will tell u if it is a pw related problem or an account problem.
Contact ea support by phone and tell them exactly what u posted(that u made a new account and it works fine). If its a login problem only they would be able to fix it.
Did u recently update to BF2:SF? I have heard of a few login problems/account probs with it.

Hi thanks al lot.

This Login Problem comes without an error warning. I´d patched under SF weeks ago and it was no problem.
So i will contact the support. Why can´t ea programm good code? I hate this banana Software: Grown up by customers. :-\
