Hello to all, we had a fun 2+ hours on the BF2s US server with our first ever event...

USA -vs- Canada in a Anti Tank match for the century

And I graciously announce that the winner has been determined to be Canada...

The US put up a great fight, but was beaten by their crafty brothers to the north. The Results are as follows:

Round 1: Sharqi USA-0 CAN-267 (Let me just say, there was some ridiculous flag hopping)
Round 2: Sharqi USA-0 CAN-51 (Probably the closest, and most fun round in the competition)
Round 3: Kark USA-123 CAN-0 (Fantastic team work on both sides)
Round 4: Kark USA-0 Can-184 (More fantastic Teamwork on a map that most associate with none)

We had some great fun, and we will probably be hosting another one of these events soon, so keep informed.

Also, feel free to discuss any fun Screenies or moments that happened.

It was Great

The only round US won was when we (The CA) were outnumbered by up to 4 people.

And they were Cocky as hell when they were winning too

Looking forward to the next Event.

yeah... honestly, Canada put up some impressive results.. but then again, we didn't have our ringer (Psp-Rpg)

but hey, it was a good laugh, and i swear Silentscout got me like 10 times in a row

Ya, SilentScout was putting up a really good fight against you guys

The first round was insane for CA on Sharqi, I took a boat into the Hotel with my squad and we just hopped from flag to flag from there before capping the US out.

My god "its a fortress of win". I was laughing for a good minute at that.

Karkand sucked IMO, its a terrible map to play on 64 IO, i left during the last round.

That last round of sharqi tho, good lord i've not had such fun in a long time, in my post i must have been having a tard moment cuz i named it 3rd round sharqi.. wtf was i thinking?

The next event should be ALL kits. I hate AT and if you let our teams get ak101's or m16's, it will be a different story

Yeah, Karkand sucked. Teams weren't even and the map is just gay. But Sharqi was AWESOME.

most of the time i played (3 rounds) USA was outnumbered. and you were cocky too.

also, it was probably silentscout... but at one point at sharqi, i was the only one left at the Tv station as a MEC, and i go down stairs to try and cap the flag, litle do i Know that there were fucking 10 USMC guys Guarding the flag... so I tried to run upstairs, and lure them to their death. needless to say, i got jumped like a piece of ass strolling through compton

Oh god man, every time i walked onto the tv station flag when it was being capped, there were around 5-10 guys just standing there waiting for me. You'd think thered be some TKs with all the sraws flying at me all at the same time.

Some of us were discussing assult Io... and i think it will be fun as hell, All i can see is Smoke, Flash, Noobtube, G3

but yeah... fun

as for engineer, the USMC pump shotty > MEC semi Auto

thats not the worst... I seen like 11 ppl at one flag.. and when I showed up.. they like SPAW me.. but tked their team..

I wasn't cocky, at least not nearly as much as the US team when you were winning on Karkand.

I was just pissed off because one of the US Team members was on Teamspeak without "Push to Talk" enabled so all we heard was him breathing Heavily, which got REALLY annoying.

It got the the point were it made me minimize during the game to mute him, even after asking him nicely and angrily to put push to talk on.
