Looks like Hezbollah have been on the rebound since the Hariri shakeup - they could really shake things up now. Any theories as to how this situation will pan out? Civil war? Happy ending?

For what it's worth, the current Lebanese government is "incapable" because it can't keep Hezbollah from firing rockets on Israel. So yeah, I have no love for the Lebanese government.

I honestly believe the best case scenario is for Israel to wipe Lebanon from the earth. I'm not saying I want this to happen, but they certainly have put themselves into that position by letting Hezbollah do its thing. As has been said before in this forum, "you fuck with the bull, you get the horns."

Hezbollah don't care about the rest of the world. All they're concerned with is Lebanon, Iran, Syria, Palestine and Israel. Don't mix them up with Al Qaeda.

I find it quite funny and pathetic but Hezbollah basicly only care about their homeland and what is "rightfully" theres. Hezbollah also populates some of Lebanons government and they are seen as heroes who provide shelter and food in Lebanon.

And no, people who take these terrorist group lightly need to think about what would happen if they got WMD and/or a nuke or two. They've already killed 3,000 in the US with 4 planes and a few buildings. Isreal is everyones' main target though, and they have the right to self defense as a nation and so whatever they do I will support as others do much worse to them than they do.
