Voss L-AR. Why? Because it's the G36E of the future.

Voss is probly the best in the game. If in the right hands. Poweful and deadly accurate.
I prefer the Baur-HR, just for its stopping power and accuracy. The sound is nice too. The Voss is a second while the Krylov and the Scar-11 come up behind. To be honest, while the Voss has a high rate of fire, I prefer to have my target at range where I can pick them off more successfully and quickly. I will use the Voss in maps like Camp Gibraltar, and Tunis Harbor though, because the larger clip and rate of fire gives you the edge when the fighting is up close and gritty.
Each weapon has it's ups and downs, and when say this, I mean it: Voss L-AR is the most over-powered rifle now, by far. I'll explain why.
1. 40 round clip ensures you always get the last laugh against most other players except support and other guys with a Voss.
2. 900 RPM means you'll probably kill the other guy a hell of a lot quicker. At close range, four to five hits brings them down; longer distance, probably five to six.
3. Larger deviation than the Baur, but lower overall recoil and deviation from prolonged firing and bursting.
4. Mixing Voss + PK-74 Rockets = pwned. Nuff said.
Bottom line: Voss is the most versatile gun. It's like someone crossed the G36C and the P90 of BF2 into a hybridized monstrosity...and with the 1.05 patch, the burst-fire of 2-5 rounds will kill almost any soldier not smart enough to seek shelter or shoot you square in the face is probably going down with a few bursts. Baur is better at long range, but Voss owns everything else...unless you're like me with the Baur, and can use it at any distance with ease.

Some say the Voss is now almost too good after EA changed the recoil effects in the recent 1.06 patch. Others call it almost cheap and the G36 of 2142. What are your views?

The Voss is a bit cheap, but not as much as the G36.
However, the BAUR is pretty much the supreme pwnage.

I voted don't give a shit as there wasn't an option to say i haven't got them yet.
Just got the Voss and haven't used it yet so can't really comment but prefer the pac default weopen.

AK101 still kicks ass, even in the future
Krylov and Voss. Baur, then lastly Scar.
Voss is able too take out you support whores. Thats why it is the best.
I pick voss when EU, Krylov when PAC, haven't unlocked Baur yet, but i've picked it up and its alright. Need more practice with it obviously to formulate a better opinion on it.

Krylov is the best overall AR. But my personal favorite in cool factor is the Scar-11. The unlocks I only use in special situations.
