Men and Women arent equal atm. Whenever something is bad for a woman, ie being discriminated for a job because they are a woman they want equality but when it comes to things like, two parents fighting for a teenagers custody, the woman will win or a devorce settlement where the woman earnt none of the money in the relationship they want it all.
I just hate the feminist. I believe everybody should be equal but sexism often goes the other way too. Like girls often get pampered because of their looks. But if a feminist ever starts yelling at me, I'll just punch them in the nose and say, "There, if you want to be treated equally as a man would be, that's how you'll get treated!!"

Men and women are equal but have different roles to fulfill. They also have different emotional and physical capabilities. Generally, women are built to be better nurturers (more "in touch with their feeling")and men are better at physical labor. Example: I drop a hunk of wood right on my big toe as a kid. Mom - "Oooh, ouch, come hear let me give you a hug." Dad - "You all right? You're tough, shake it off." See the difference? Of course, there are exceptions to the rule. There are some women that could load a trailer of chopped wood faster than I could. And some men are better at expressing themselves than others. I am not saying men are not capable of nurturing and I'm not saying women aren't capable of doing physical labor. We're simply designed differently, both physically and emotionally.

I'd say there's a lot of truth in that. The fact is that having two genders has a reason;
We need each other, men need women, women need men. Plain and simple.
I believe that gender differences are not that different from racial differences.
(Apart from the physical differences between men and women - muscles, etc.)
IMO most of it is in the head and is a way of thinking and thus not a real reason to say that women and men are not equal. I believe that society will have to make a change in it's way of thinking it we really want to make men and women equal. Even more then now. But of course this isn't easy, look at the equality off black and white people in America. I have yet to see the first black President of the US. So the first female President of the US .. ?
And bringing up the "guys have to run 10 more laps as the girls to get the same grades" theme.
That's based on physical differences. You can't expect that every girl has the same physique and strength as guys.
That's totally unlogical, since those are gender differences; guys have more muscle than women (in general of course). It 's the same like women would say; we are the stronger sex because you never have to endure the pain of delivering a baby.
And again I will say; This is nothing more than MY opinion.

I would concur....somewhat. I will point out one thing that should be obvious to any heterosexual male past the age of 20. Men are stupid. A different kind of stupid though. You go out with your friends to drink you dont plan to cheat on your girl, but opportunity presents itself and you think with the thunder down under and are doing the no pants dance. Women plan shit. Nevertheless, I agree that women can be remarkably cunning. They often understand certain social principles on a level that take us a bit longer to pick up on. They are very subtle... I've been learning how to "read" them better over the last few years with a moderate amount of success....
Actually, I have had my whore girlfriend experiences when I was younger but am now happily married. My best friend of 25 years though is getting SCREWED by his wife. They are getting divorced because she cheated on him and she is getting A LOT of money out of him. Her shark lawyer is arguing he didnt provide mental nurishment for her self esteem and that is what lead to her unfaithfulness. It just pisses me off and I had to vent somewhere. Unless this is a joke that I just haven't picked up on, are you seriously condoning the use of a metaphor as the rationale for one gender being superior to another? Even if you believe in the Bible, a modicum of theological knowledge should tell you that the creation story is an allegory and not meant to be taken literally. That's like abiding by the absolutist laws of Leviticus.
