i'm not sure if this has been posted b4...meh...could not find it using search so..

anyway. how does every1 feel about the whole "men and women are equal and should be equal in every instance" state of mind?

personally i feel that women simply do not belong in certain aspects of life, such as high end politics. let's take Hilary for example. I do not see it fit for a woman to be president..i just dont. call me sexist if you must, but i feel that women rely on their emotions too much to be making decisions of that calibur. Also i feel that they are simply too sensative and just are not built like men for certain situations (mental and physical)

what are your opinions? if your respect for me falls because of this..oh well..it's how i feel

Well I think that if women were in charge of all the governments, then wars would at least become predictable, just one week a month.

I think so i remember back in high skool when the girls only had 2 run 6 laps wile us men/guys had to run 24 they had to do 5 puch ups when we had to do twenty. make them do the same ammount if they cant do then thay will have to try 4 the rest of ther period and after skool

I think a better argument would be that men are better as infantry than women.  There are a few physical limitations women have that men don't that seem to apply to certain military roles.  Other than that, I'd say men and women are equal.  Having a female president is cool in my book.

Emotions are a human trait and should have some weight in decisions involving politics. If Bush had any emotions he would of stopped so many unnecessary deaths in Iraq.

I think that rights should be equal, but it is VERY obvious that their are certain aspects men achieve greater in then women. An example would be physical strength.

The only type of woman I hate is the kind that go "oh you're so cute," and punch you in the arm like seven times, but if you slap them once for doing anything (like them punching you) it's called "assault."

Looks like you need to go back to "skool."

And we have already established that men are physically stronger then women.

Absurdity at its finest... if women and men were equals then we would not call them different things. Men and women have very different attributes that make inequality inevitable. If you disagree, how many men do you see as school counselors? Or how about women mechanics? There are exceptions of course, as there are with almost everything; women and men simply are not the same and feminists should all burn in a fire.

I'm comparing. Men and women have different capabilities, so do blacks and whites. I don't see him telling people supporting their own cultures to kill themselves.

I was using blacks as an example, if anyone gets offended, simply replace blacks with Persian. That's what I am, so I can diss them all I want.

I believe in sensible gender equality; equality for the most part, but inequal treatment where it is more sensible (eg. maternity leave, some sports being seperate-sex etc)

We've had a female PM since 1997 and we've been involved in Iraq (reconstruction) and Afghanistan (reconstruction and the SAS initially) as well as a bunch of other peacekeeping missions under a female leader.  Maggie Thatcher was also in charge of the UK during the Falklands war I believe.
