To get the Veterans sniper badge, according to UBAR, you need to have minimum 15 hrs played, and 15 kills IAR.

whats the pid you are using so we can take a look @ the profile.
U need to make sure there are 15 kill In A Round after u hit the 15 hrs mark.
other than that u should have it. I have noticed some ppl forget that @ the beginning of a round they were another kit and dont take out for the previous kit kills.

tried to check your stats to see if I could spot the problem but they don't come up. Have you gotten 15iar since you got 15 hours global?
When you have 15 hours, Exit Battlefield 2 and play again when you get 15 kills you should get it.

I've had that problem plenty of times... also with ribbons...
but they always come after all... don't know how...
just keep trying... I'm sure it's because BF2 is a bit slow...

BF2 wont registrer them when you got the time while playing , (sometimes) thats why you wont get them and then when you quit and play the other day or couple of hours later you'll get those ribbons/badges.
You have to have 15 kills in the round AS a sniper....that would be the whole point, just making sure you know that.

Just wait a few hours (sometimes days) and mostly you will get it after all.
Make sure you play on ranked servers. I got all my badges and ribbons so far.
Lost one ribbon (Crew Service one) and still working on it to get it again.
