This is what I wrote about my work experience before:
17 years ago when I did it I had 3 cracks at it due to moving schools/counties.
1st. Working for "Astra" they got involved in the "Supergun" affair, based nr St James London, this lasted 2 days as on the night of the 2nd day the I.R.A blew up "The Carlton Club" which was a well known haunt for Conservative MP's. The club was just opposite our offices.
2nd. Working for my brother in law for a solictors in Maidenhead, I ended up having to give a coroners verdict on a woman that had died. Suicide or Accidental death, I chose Accidental as she seemed happy from what I could gather. She had gone off on one with Vodka and Pills.
3rd. Working in John Nike leisure centre Bracknell in the gym, clean the machines down by 10am, get to use gym equipment all day long go and see out mates on Ski Slope and Ice Rink. Highlights included: Watching the biggest prick in school (I ended up paired with the twat) do a summersault backwards infront of all these Ladies as he stuck the treamill on too high, too fast and wouldnt listen to me, walking out the shower right into one of the girls who worked there, I was starkers (her highlight, not mine) and training putting Bracknell Bee's Ice hockey team through there paces along with sliding across the rink on my front, from one side to the other.
Its up to me who and when I have for work experience here and we always have a cracking laugh except for one girl who vanished, I answered the phone and it was her Mum, she had run home as I had upset her with sexist jokes. All I had said was "Would you be happy knowing a woman was the pilot if you were mid flight"? Her mate had stayed here and thought the joke was funny. She wanted to come back next and I said "No" and thus she couldnt hand any work experience stuff in. Silly cow.
I loved work experience it's a good laugh and usually you get treated like an adult not a school kid straight away from the first minute. Hope you enjoy it KP and it knackers you out, however if your still doing school hours it won't.

Lol dont do brick laying for work exp , i got owned by 15 hour days and it was in summer
have fun on the whole 1+1=2 front..

Got in helo and circled the MSC Napoli when that was on the news.

Now in Fulwood, Near ASDA
Closer to home.
And i can catch the bus right there at 10:00 and go home at 14:00
but i cant i have to do 35 hr week :*(
