Alright, here's my review through about 2 hours in gameplay. 5% completed.
Pros:
Amazing detail.
Graphics are pretty damn good.
Much different than the GTA III series and you can feel that it is as well.
Driving feels a lot more comfortable.
DRUNK DRIVING IS FUN AS HELL
Riding in the back of taxi cabs is incredibly realistic. You really feel like you're in NYC.
Bowling is VERY fun, and pretty simplistic. I like it.
There's a wide variety of missions and things you can do.
There's a lot more than that, but right now I'm fucking tired as hell.
Cons:
Graphics are a bit twitchy sometimes
Sometimes you'll see the random glitch when Niko puts his hand through a wall
Fighting system (fists, etc) takes a bit to get used to.
Control system in general takes a bit to get used to.
