Jesus fucking christ 4 of those things together can run your Schrek squads over like their fucking nothing.

Airborne/Infantry are very very nice doctorines to take. Rangers can make up a nice anti-tank unit and their thompson upgrades help them take on infantry close range. I still really prefer the airborne for 1v1 games since their ability to drop in to all explored territory can help you in a pinch, and their Recoiless rifles are really nice against enemy medium armor. You can take out some big tanks by using the sticky bombs of the riflemen to immobolize tanks as best you can and just surround them with airborne and hammer away. The downside is that they're not really that effective against the later tier german infantry and you're better off using BAR'ed out riflemen squads against an infantry foccused opponent.

Oh, and satchel charges can be used to wipe out enemy squads if you're smart of if they're in a building.

Edit: Armor sorta sucks. It can be useful in larger games, but not really in 1v1's.

I'll tell you what's broken - MY COMPUTER! 

Anything with intense graphics (BF2, COD4....) seems to lock it up with-in 5 minutes.
And now the DVD-Rom drives (both at once - er motherboard issue? ) have disappeared.  They are not being recognized.

I am taking it to a shop this week, I exhausted what little expertise I have .
If it is easily repaired, I'll look you guys in the lobby.
