He has some sort of IP i.d. software that I can't really figure out how to use.
There is no one that is banned who gets in, and then stays in for more than a few hours or days. There are also different levels of ban.
And duplicate account are something that there is no tolerance for, as if we did it there would be two million accounts made in a week, lol.

I assure you OH is absolutely humorless and uncompromising about dup accounts for the reasons mention above. It would cause a work overload, approving new accounts, explaining who's who and whatnot and the other thing.
